Description
The HCF4555B is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology available in DIP and SOP packages. The HCF4555B is a dual 1 of 4 decoder/ demultiplexer. Each decoder has two select inputs (A and B), an Enable input (E), and four mutually exclusive outputs. On the HCF4555B the outputs are high on select.
