Description
HM1173 integrates an output voltage of 3V, drive LDO capable of 300mA, LDO load energy The force varies with the supply voltage.

Characteristic
● Integrated 3.0V, 300mA LDO
● Continuous current 2.5A, peak value 4.0A
● Low quiescent working current (typ.120uA)
● SOP8 package

Typical Application
● Motor drive for 1 lithium battery application
● Motor drive for 2-5 sections Ni-MH/Ni-Cd applications
● Motor drive for 2-4 dry battery applications
