Description
The STPS40A45CHR is packaged and screened to comply with the ESCC5000
specification for aerospace products. It is a dual monolithic Schottky rectifier
assembled in an TO-254AA hermetic package and characterized in total dose at high
dose rate and in single event effect to be used in aerospace applications. It is ESCC
qualified.
