NPN high power bipolar transistor in a power DPAK, TO-252 (SOT428C) Surface-Mounted Device
(SMD) plastic package.

2. Features and benefits
• High thermal power dissipation capability

• Low collector emitter saturation voltage
• Fast switching speeds
