DESCRIPTION
The NX6509 Series is a 1 550 nm Multiple Quantum Well (MQW)
structured Distributed Feed-Back (DFB) laser diode with InGaAs monitor PINPD.
These devices are designed for 2.5 Gb/s: STM-16 (L-16.2) application and
ideal for Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) system.
