General Description
The AOD421 uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON), low gate charge and
operation with gate voltages as low as 2.5V. This device is suitable for load switching. It is ESD
protected. Standard Product AOD421 is Pb-free (meets ROHS & Sony 259 specifications). AOD421L is a Green Product ordering option. AOD421 and AOD421L are electrically identical.
