Description
The AD2C841 is a bi-directional, single-pole, single-throw,
normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is designed
to be a cost-effective replacement of reed relays in low
voltage applications. The AD2C841 has an extremely low
on resistance of 70m (TYP) and a very high continuous
load current rating of up to 2.5A. Because the output MOS
transistors have extremely low on resistance, the device is
ideal where minimal signal attenuation is desired.
The AD2C841 comes standard in a miniature 4 pin DIP
package making it ideal for high-density board applications.
