Description
The AD4C741 is composed of two distinct 1 Form A
(normally open) relays in one compact 8 pin DIP package.
It is designed to replace electro-mechanical relays in
general purpose switching applications. Each relay consists
of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a Photo Diode
Array, driving a pair of rugged source-to-source
enhancement type DMOS transistors. The output MOS
transistors have extremely low on resistance making the
relays ideal where minimal signal attenuation is desired.
The AD4C741 comes standard in a compact 8 pin DIP
package making it ideal for high-density board applications.
