DESCRIPTION
The VDMM 171030560 MagI3C MicroModule provides
a fully integrated DC-DC power supply including the
switching regulator IC with integrated MOSFETs,
controller, compensation and shielded inductor in one
package.
The 171030560 offers high efficiency and delivers
up to 3A of output current. It operates with an input
voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V and is designed for a small
solution size.
The automatic mode transitions ensure the best
efficiency and output voltage ripple at all load currents.
The 171030560 is available in an LGA-9 package (3.5
x 3.5 x 1.5mm).
This module has integrated protection circuitry
that guards against thermal overstress with thermal
shutdown and protects against electrical damage
using overcurrent, short-circuit and undervoltage
protections.
