 Description
The DIA1412 is a high-precision sensor chip for
temperature monitoring in automotive sub-systems.
The DIA1412 achieves an inaccuracy of ±1°C even in
complex application environments by utilizing
advanced methods, including Resistance Error
Correction (REC), Dynamic Element Matching,
Automatic BJT Type Detection, Automatic Beta
Detection, and Compensation.
The DIA1412 monitors one external diode
temperature and one internal diode temperature. The
DIA1412 is compatible with the System Management
Bus (SMBus) and Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C)
communication protocol.
The DIA1412 can operate at ambient temperatures of
-40°C ~ 125°C and have programmable High, Low,
and Therm Limit for overtemperature alarm. In
addition, the device can also detect erroneous states.
