 Description
The DPM4102 is a fully integrated, high-efficiency
synchronous buck-boost converter. It operates with
an input voltage range of 2.0 V to 5.5 V and an
adjustable output of 2.0 V to 5.5 V, delivering up to 2
A output current. Featuring a 2 MHz fixed switching
frequency, it integrates an inductor and supports
selectable PWM/PSM modes for low noise or
efficiency optimization. Packaged in a compact
14-pin ECLGA (2.5 mm × 2.5 mm × 1.085 mm), it
requires minimal external components, reducing
design complexity.
Integrating a built-in soft-start function, power good
(PG) indication, and a full suite of protection
mechanisms (including UVLO, short-circuit,
overvoltage, and thermal shutdown), this device
delivers robust operational reliability. Boasting a
typical quiescent current of just 9 μA, it is ideally
suited for power-constrained applications such as
optical modules, personal medical devices, and
time-of-flight sensors while ensuring stable transient
response and consistent performance across the
entire load range.
