DESCRIPTION
The SP8055 is a PDIC specifically designed for high speed DVD-RW or DVD-RAM applications. The 8-channel wide-band design enables higher speed laser optic write operation in modern CD/DVD combination drives. Low noise operation allows data recovery (read) at very low signal levels. The SP8055 has 12 gain settings to allow maximum flexibility.

■ Twelve Selectable Gain Settings
■ > 60dB PSRR
■ <10mV typical offset (Gains 1-32)
■ 10ns Typical Setting Time
■ -68dBm Noise Level (RF Channels)
