Description

LED34 series are fabricated from narrow band-gap InAs/InAsSbP heterostructures lattice matched to InAs

substrate. This Mid-IR LEDs provide a typical peak wavelength of 3.40 µm, an optical power of typ. 25 µW

QCW. There are different options of packaging available, as you can choose between TO-can, with

parabolic reflector (R), window (W), and containing thermoelectric cooler and thermoresistor (T).
