ambient temperature sensing and protection.

The value of the NTC resistor becomes lower

when the ambient temperature rises. With the

fixed internal current 80uA flowing through the

resistors, the voltage of RT pin becomes lower

at high temperature. When VRT is lower than

VRTTHL （ typically 0.8V ） , then internal OTP

circuit will be triggered and the BJT driver and

LDO will be shut down immediately. When VRT

is higher than VRTTHL plus VRTTH_HYS, then

MP103 will restart.

Thermal Shutdown Protection

Accurate temperature protection prevents the

chip from operating at exceedingly high

temperatures. When the silicon die temperature

exceeds 160oC, the whole chip shuts down.

When the temperature falls below its lower

threshold of 140 oC, the chip is enabled again.
