Reverse polarity
When Reg16.5 is set to 0, this bit will set to 1 if Re-
verse Polarity is detected on the media, otherwise it
will be zero. When Reg16.5 is set to 1, writing a one to
the bit will reverse the polarity of the transmitter.
Note: the reverse polarity is detected either through 8
inverted NLP or through a burst of inverted FLP.
