Receiver Output Enable: REB is low to enable the Receiver; REB is high to disable the

Transmitter Output Enable: DE is high to enable the transmitter; DE is low to disable the

transmitter.

Transmitter Input: When DE is high, a low on DI forces A output low and B output high.

Similarly, a high on DI forces A output high and B output low.
