Composition:

3M Flexform Tape is a medical device construction tape that consists of a number of wires

enclosed in colored polyolefin plastic and laminated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. The strips

are precut to length and supplied on sheets of clear polyester release liner.

Packaging and Recommended Storage:

Product as supplied in original packaging will maintain stated properties for a period of two years

from date stamped on shipping container when stored at temperatures between 50-80

°F (10-27°C)

and a relative humidity between 40-60 percent.
