32 / 39 page  13 Serial communication format STFPC311 32/39 13 Serial communication format When data is read, a wait time (tWAIT) of 1µs is necessary within the rising edge of the eighth clock that has set the command, and the falling edge of the first clock that has read the data. This is required by the STFPC311 to process its internal commands/data (See Figure 28) Caution: Care must be taken to connect an external pull-up resistor to this pin (1k Ωto 10kΩ) because the DOUT pin is an N-channel, open drain output pin (see Figure 29).
