7 Test Circuits

Off-Isolation is measured at the output of the OFF channel. For example, when SEL1=0,

SEL2=VCC, and Y is the input, the output is measured at Y1. All unused analog input ports are

left open, and output ports are connected to GND through 50

Ω pull-down resistors.

Note:

Ω termination resistor is needed for the network analyzer.
