Stresses exceeding those listed in the Maximum Ratings table may damage the device. If any of these limits are exceeded, device functionality
should not be assumed, damage may occur and reliability may be affected.
1. During transitions with VCC = 1.7 V to 5.5 V, the voltage on any pin may undershoot to no less than −1.0 V or overshoot to no more than VCC
+ 1.0 V, for periods of less than 20 ns.
2. Positive and negative pulses applied on different combinations of pin connections, according to AEC−Q100−002 (compliant with
ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS−001−2012, C1 = 100 pF, R1 = 1500 W).
