Hysteresis the remote diode temperature registers.
The default value is 10 ℃ and LSB denotes 1 ℃.
When temperature exceed the critical temperature
limit the OVER# pin will be activate and the
OVER# pin will be deactivate when temperature
below the critical temperature limit minus this
register value (CRITI_HYSTE).
