Description

Littelfuse LEXT-YY-S and LEX-YYC-S series breakaway fuse

holders meet state and federal highway commission safety

standards requiring fuse holders to readily disconnect from

power in case of a pole knockdown.

The breakaway feature consists of a receptacle permanently

attached to the power line and a fuse holder with matching

terminals. If a knockdown occurs, the parts separate, leaving

the energized conductor recessed and unexposed.
