Recalibration of the Utica

If calibration is not correct,

adjust screwdriver to

achieve an output equal to

that shown in step 1.

Turn adjusting knob to

equal setting of measured

torque output.

Torque output should

equal the reading on the

tester within ±4%.

Recheck the screwdriver

with the maximum

setting.

Recheck the setting

shown in step 2.

Adjust to the min.

torque output.

TS-30 = 6 LBS-IN

TS-30CM = 5 CM-KG

TS-35 = 6 LBS-IN

TS-100 = 20 OZ-IN.

Set screwdriver to

maximum output.

TS-30 = 30 LBS-IN

TS-30CM = 30 CM-KG

TS-35 = 35 LBS-IN

TS-100 = 100 OZ-IN
