Interrupt and trap handling

Library support is supplied for trap handlers and ST20450 interrupt handlers. This allows trap

handlers and ST20450 interrupt handlers to be written in C which will use the on-chip trap handling

and interrupt handling support. Interrupt handlers for other ST20 variants may be based on the

provided libraries.
