80 / 84 page  80/84 ST6253C/60B/63B 1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION 1.1 INTRODUCTION The ST6253C, ST6260B and ST6263B are mask programmed ROM versions of ST62T53C, ST6260B and ST62T63C OTP devices. They offer the same functionality as OTP devices, selecting as ROM options the options defined in the programmable option byte of the OTP version, except the LVD & OSG options that are not availa- ble on the ST6260B/63B ROM device. Figure 54. Programming wave form 1.2 ROM READOUT PROTECTION If the ROM READOUT PROTECTION option is selected, a protection fuse can be blown to pre- vent any access to the program memory content. In case the user wants to blow this fuse, high volt- age must be applied on the TEST pin. Figure 55.
