In case of severe overflows

generated by great motion

values, several poll motions may

be needed to completely flush

out motion from the integrator.

For X/Y motion reads via I2C i/f,

it is recommended that this bit is

set to 1 at power-up by the

master.

This way X & Y motion registers

are actually cleared

automatically after their

respective read.

X/Y motion registers should be

read in a multiple read

sequence.
