DESCRIPTION

M35061-XXXSP/FP is CATV screen display control IC which can dis-

play 40 (horizontal) ✕ 17 (vertical). It has built-in SYRAM which can

be used with character ROM.

It uses a silicon gate CMOS process and M35061-XXXSP housed in

a small 32-pin shrink DIP package, and M35061-XXXFP housed in a

small 32-pin shrink SOP package. For M35061-002SP/FP that is a

standard ROM version of M35061-XXXSP/FP, the character pat-

tern is also mentioned.
