Pull-up control is valid only when each direction register is set to the input mode. Note: Ports P32 and P33 do not have pull-up control bit because they are N-channel open-drain output. 2.1.4 Terminate unused pins Table 2.1.1 Termination of unused pins (in single-chip mode) Pins P0, P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6 VREF AVSS XOUT Termination • Set to the input mode and connect each to VCC or VSS through a resistor of 1 k Ω to 10 k Ω. • Set to the output mode and open at “L” or “H” output state. Connect to Vss (GND). Connect to Vss (GND). Open (only when using external clock) |
