APPLICATIONS

• General purpose switching in e.g. surface mounted

circuits.

DESCRIPTION

The BAS19, BAS20 and BAS21 are general purpose

diodes fabricated in planar technology, and encapsulated

in a small SOT23 plastic SMD package.
