Note 3:Tomaintainproperperformanceandregulation,theBIASsupply
voltagemustbehigherthantheINsupplyvoltage.ForagivenVOUT,the
BIASvoltagemustsatisfythefollowingconditions:2.2V≤VBIAS≤3.6V
andVBIAS≥(1.25•VOUT+1V).ForVOUT≤0.95V,theminimumBIAS
voltageislimitedto2.2V.
Note 4:Operatingconditionsarelimitedbymaximumjunction
temperature.Theregulatedoutputvoltagespecificationdoesnotapply
forallpossiblecombinationsofinputvoltageandoutputcurrent.When
operatingatmaximumoutputcurrent,limittheinputvoltagerangeto
VIN<VOUT+500mV.
Note 5:TheLT3071incorporatessafeoperatingareaprotectioncircuitry.
