N-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFETs. Lower gate charge is
achieved by optimizing the manufacturing process to minimize C
iss and Crss.
Lower gate charge coupled with Power MOS VITM optimized gate layout,
delivers exceptionally fast switching speeds.
