Applications

General Description

The PAM242x devices are high-performance,fixed

frequency, current-mode PWM step-up DC/DC

c o n v e r t e r t h a t i n c o r p o r a t e i n t e r n a l p o w e r

MOSFETs. The PAM242x includes an integrated

power MOSFET that supports peak currents of up

to 3A/4.5A/5.5A.
