The 15-lead NDL is a non-isolated package. The package’s metal back and any heat sink to which it is mounted are

connected to the Vee potential when using only thermal compound. If a mica washer is used in addition to thermal

compound,

These devices have limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam

during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
