Test Method:

Reflow solder the devise onto

PCB using 96.5 Sn/Ag3.0/Cu0.5 Solder paste.

The solder process shall be 230ºC for 20 ± 2 sec.

(DCR): Chen Hwa 502BC

(IDC): HP4284A with HP42841A or

CH1061 with CH301A

Packaging: 3500 pieces per 13 inch reel.

∆ T= 40ºC rise typical at Irms.
