DESCRIPTION

The PAM1FLEX is designed to protect two automotive FLEX bus lines from the damaging effects of Electrostatic Dis-

charge (ESD) and other transients. This device is available in a SOT-23 package configuration and meets IEC 61000-4-2

and IEC 61000-4-4 requirements.
