FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

PCM1728 has several built-in functions including digital

input data format selection, soft mute, and digital de-empha-

sis. These functions are hardware controlled where static

(DM0), pin 25 (MUTE), pin 24 (IW1), and pin23 (IW0).
