Functionality description

The crystal oscillator shuts down when the output is disabled with OE.

1 (Default)

Only the output will disable with OE. All other circuits, including the crystal

oscillator are always running.

1 (Default): Connect to VDD or leave floating to set to “1”. Internal pull-up.

0: Connect to GND to set to “0”.
