metal–to–silicon power diode. State–of–the–art geometry features

epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlap

contact. Ideally suited for use as rectifiers in low–voltage,

high–frequency inverters, free wheeling diodes, and polarity

protection diodes.
