 Description
The DIA1413/1414 are high-precision sensor chips
for temperature monitoring in automotive
sub-systems. The DIA1413/1414 achieve an
inaccuracy of ±1°C even in complex application
environments by utilizing advanced methods,
including Resistance Error Correction (REC),
Dynamic Element Matching, Automatic BJT Type
Detection and Automatic Beta Detection and
Compensation.
The DIA1413 monitors three temperatures channels.
And the DIA1414 monitors four temperature channels.
The DIA1413/1414 are compatible with the System
Management Bus (SMBus) and Inter-Integrated
Circuit (I2C) communication protocol.
The DIA1413/1414 can operate at ambient
temperatures of -40°C ~ 125°C and have
programmable High, Low, and Therm Limit for
over-temperature alarm. In addition, the device can
also detect erroneous states.
