Ideal for external functions such as switching out a decoupling capacitor at DUT. A2, A3 EXTFORCE1C Output Force. These pins are used for high Current Range 1, up to a maximum of ±1.2 A. A4 EXTFORCE2B Output Force. This pin is used for high Current Range 2, up to a maximum of ±500 mA. A5, A6 EXTFORCE1B Output Force. These pins are used for high Current Range 1, up to a maximum of ±1.2 A. A7 EXTFORCE2A Output Force. This pin is used for high Current Range 2, up to a maximum of ±500 mA. A8, A9 EXTFORCE1A Output Force. These pins are used for high Current Range 1, up to a maximum of ±1.2 A. B1 CLALM Clamp Alarm Output.
