Not all compatible memory chips exhibit a low enough self-refresh current to meet the target current for

USB suspend mode (see Table 21). Two memory types have been suggested in Table 25, based on

limited evaluation by ST, however this does not constitute a full characterisation, and no guarantees can

be made that the self-refresh current consumption will match the target for USB suspend mode in all

cases. Please consult the memory manufacturer for precise information.
