Switching Waveform

Conditions:

When measuring tPLZ and tPZL: VTEST = 2 x VCC.

When measuring tPHZ, tPZH, tPLH and tPHL: VTEST = open.

The tPZL and tPLZ reference waveform is for the output

under test with internal conditions such that the output is

at VOL except when disabled by the output enable control.
