The FC9521 power switches are designed for USB

applica�ons. The 25m

Ω N

�

-channel MOSFET power

switch sa�sfies the voltage drop requirements of USB

specifica�on.

The protec�on features include current-limit protec�on,

short-circuit protec�on, and over-temperature protec�on.

The device limits the output current at current limit

threshold level. The over-temperature protec�on limits

the junc�on temperature below 140℃ in case of short

circuit or over load condi�ons. An enable input to enable

or disable the device.

Output Voltage Pin. The output voltage follows the input voltage. When ENB is

high or EN is low, the output voltage is discharged by an internal resistor.

Enable Input. Pulling this pin to high will enable the device and pulling this pin

to low will disable device. The EN pin cannot be le� floa�ng.
