To avoid this, it is necessary that VREF+ pin is correctly discharged before being enabled (below VREFBUF_OUT minus 1 V, for example below 1.5 V for VSCALE = 000) This could be achieved by ensuring VREFBUF is in OFF mode (VREFBUF_CSR.ENVR=0 and VREFBUF_CSR.HIZ=0) for sufficient time to discharge CL through VREFBUF pull-down. 4. To properly control VREFBUF IINRUSH current during the startup phase and the change of scaling, VDDA voltage should be in the range of 1.8 V-3.6 V, 2.1 V-3.6 V, 2.4 V-3.6 V and 2.8 V-3.6 V for VSCALE = 011, 010, 001 and 000, respectively.
