F. Scotch-Weld AF 32 /Scotch-Weld EC-1660 T-Peel Strength (ASTM D 1876)

T-Peel bonds consist of two Scotch-Weld EC-1660 primed 8" x 8" x .020" 2024-T3 clad panels bonded together

with a 6" x 8" section of film. This panel was then cut into 1" x 8" T-peel specimens which were peeled at a 90°

angle to the bond line with a jaw separation rate of 20 inches/minute. Cure cycles were as indicated.

Plate Press Cure: 350°F (177°C), 60 minutes, 150 psi, 10°F/minute temperature rise rate.

Primer = 3M EC-1660, 75°F air dry for 30 minutes + 225°F oven dry for 30 minutes.

Adhesive Cure = 300°F for 60 minutes, 75 psi autoclave pressure, 10°F/min rise rate.
