Functional description of the SPI

Comments:



RWD: restarts the watchdog counter by setting the bit to one



EXT_TS: the bit selects the mode of the input pin TS/ACT_OFF:

–

EXT_TS = low (active off):

TS/ACT_OFF pin is used as input to switch the H-bridge in tristate and back.

Details are described in Section 3.12.1.

–

EXT_TS = high (thermal sensor interface):

TS/ACT_OFF pin is used as thermal sensor interface for external temperature

diodes. Details are described in Section 3.12.2.



EXTTH[5:0]: determines the threshold of the external thermal shutdown
