The MIC2133 oper- ates over an input supply range from 8V to 75V. The out- put voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V with an ensured accuracy of ±1% at the FBS pin. The device operates with programmable switching frequency from 100 kHz to 1 MHz per phase. The Hyper Speed Control architecture supports an ultra- fast transient response under medium to heavy loads. The soft start is also programmable externally with a capacitor, thus, enabling safe start-ups into heavy loads. The MIC2133 has a remote sense amplifier for accurate output voltage control. MIC2133 offers a full suite of protection features to ensure protection of the IC during Fault conditions. These include undervoltage lockout to ensure proper operation, programmable soft start to reduce inrush cur- rent, overvoltage discharge, Hiccup mode short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown. MIC2133 is available in a 5 mm x 5 mm, 32-pin VQFN package with a -40°C to +125°C operating junction temperature range. Package Type *Includes Exposed Thermal Pad (EP); see Table 3-1.
