The ADL8100 is a GaAs, MMIC, pHEMT, wideband LNA. A simpli-
fied block diagram is shown in Figure 104. The RFIN and RFOUT
pins are DC-coupled and matched to 50 Ω.
The ADL8100 operates from a single positive supply, and IDQ is set
by connecting a resistor between the RBIAS pin and the external
supply voltage. The drain bias voltage is normally provided via an
external bias tee.
