Socket/Field Mount Plug

Description

The Volition socket is part of the latest duplex, small form factor

fibre optic interconnect. Applications include affordable, high band-

width systems, fibre-to-the-desk networks, fibre backbone

systems, fibre LANs and storage area networks.

The VF-45 plug and socket work like an 8-pin modular jack, brin-

ging the simplicity of the RJ45 jack to optical fibre applications.
