RJ45 K5e Jack

With its compact size, integral shutter, keystone mounting format

and tool less termination, the K5e Jack from 3M ensures a smart

and reliable installation. All 8 copper conductors are effortlessly ter-

minated in one simple operation resulting in reliable interconnection

in record time. If a wiring mistake is made the K6 Jack may be

reused several times.

To ensure appropriate electromagnetic compatibility three jack for-

mats are offered: UTP, FTP (with drain wire), and STP with 360°

braid or foil connection. Cable entry can be made from either the

top or bottom of the Jack providing flexibility during installation. A

wide range of face plates and patch panels is available in the 'K'

range which utilise the advantages of the K5e Jack.
